SHIPPING - US
Please allow 24 hours from the time of purchase for processing to begin. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase.
CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
We work quickly to process and ship your order, so once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure the items in your order and your shipping address are both correct before completing your purchase. If you are unsure please reach out to info@elteeswim.com.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Standard Shipping - $5.00 flat rate - 3-5 business days shipping time
Priority Shipping - $8.50 flat rate - package insured - 2-5 business days shipping time
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email at the address you provided at checkout that will include your tracking number with estimated delivery dates. Please allow up to 24 hours from receipt of this email for tracking information to be logged by your shipping provider. Once your package arrives and it is confirmed by the shipping provider that your package has been delivered, we are not responsible for the loss or theft of your package.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail once your order has been fulfilled, when it begins tracking, when it is out for delivery, and when your package has been delivered.
Please note that all quoted delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping provider and cannot be guaranteed. Once your package has shipped, eltee swim is no longer liable for the loss or theft of the package once confirmed delivered by the shipping provider. All lost or missing package inquiries will be directed to the shipping provider.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer International shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Canada, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
International shipping options will be shown at checkout. Prices vary depending on location.
CUSTOMS + DUTIES
Please allow an additional 5 business days for Duties and Customs processing on all International orders. Please note all delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping service and cannot be guaranteed. All orders shipping outside the US are subject to customs delays. Once your order arrives and is confirmed by the shipping carrier that your package has been delivered, eltee swim is not responsible for the loss or theft of your package.
There may be customs and duties taxes applied to your order by your local government. The payment of these taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer, and if the order is refused due to failure of payment of these duties eltee swim will only be able to refund the value of the products less the shipping cost. These taxes and duties may be billed to you after delivery. Eltee swim is not liable for these charged and they cannot be refunded to you by eltee swim. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding customs taxes and duties. Please note that in particular cases customs may delay the clearance of your package and eltee swim is not responsible for these delays.
We are currently unable to accommodate exchanges on international orders at this time. For international returns, please follow the same process for initiating the return process by going to our returns center. We are unable to provide International return labels. Please be sure to receive and save your tracking information for your return package to ensure no issues were incurred during transit.
