RETURNS - SWIM
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return. Please go to our return center
eltee.returnscenter.com to begin your return process within 10 days of delivery.
Your credit will be issued for the full value of your returned suits, less the total shipping costs, and if returned to store credit, it will not expire. All returns must be initiated via our return center within 10 days of delivery, and shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving confirmed return label. Once we have received your returned package, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return credit.
Our poly shipping bags are reusable and have a second seal for return shipping.
ITEMS PURCHASED WITH WAREHOUSE SALE PRICING ARE FINAL SALE ITEMS. NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES.
PLEASE NOTE
All returns must be sent back in their original condition and must be unwashed, unworn and free from damage. There must be no deodorant, make-up stains, or perfume on suit, and the hygienic liner must still be intact.
Items returned to us in non-salable condition will not be returned and will not be eligible for return credit. We reserve the right to reject any return that is not in original condition and that does not comply with the standards referenced herein. For sanitary purposes, please try on all swimwear with underwear.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
EXCHANGES - SWIM
All exchanges will be processed the same way and held to the same return standard, given that we have your requested size in stock. Please go to our return center,
eltee.returnscenter.com, to initiate your exchange within 10 days of delivery. Once we receive your return item, you will receive a refund, less the shipping amounts to your original form of payment, and will receive a new invoice for the item you are requesting in exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary. Please allow 1-3 business days for exchange processing.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We are currently unable to accommodate exchanges on international orders at this time. For international returns, please follow the same process for initiating the return process by going to our returns center. We are unable to provide International return labels. Please be sure to receive and save your tracking information for your return package to ensure no issues were incurred during transit.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES - CLOTHING
At this time, all clothing items are eligible for exchange only for a different size or if the item is defective. We do not accept returns on clothing items purchased. If you do need to exchange your clothing items for a different size, or if your item is defective, please initiate the exchange within 10 days of item receipt by emailing info@elteeswim.com.
PRE-ORDERS
YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL AS SOON AS YOUR ITEM IS SHIPPED, AND ALSO IF YOUR ITEM WILL NOT BE SHIPPING BY THE EXPECTED SHIP DATE. IF YOU PURCHASE ANY ITEMS THAT ARE CURRENTLY IN STOCK + ITEMS THAT ARE PREORDER, YOUR ENTIRE ORDER WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THE PRE-ORDER STYLES ARE READY.
